1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaxBlitz ("the Service"), operated by FinACEverse, a Futurus Finace company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TaxBlitz is a tax form automation platform that enables users to generate, validate, electronically file, and deliver IRS information returns including 1099, W-2, ACA, and related forms. The Service includes AI-powered document extraction, TIN matching, eDelivery, and compliance tracking features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Accuracy of Tax Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all tax data entered into or uploaded to the Service. TaxBlitz provides tools to assist with data extraction and validation, but the legal responsibility for the accuracy of filed tax forms remains with the filer of record.

5. Fees and Payment

  • The Service offers Free, Starter ($29/month), Professional ($79/month), and Enterprise ($199/month) subscription tiers.
  • Additional forms beyond plan limits are billed at $0.99 per form.
  • Payments are processed through Cashfree. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers retain their rate until the end of their billing cycle.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to tax form preparation, filing, and compliance. You may not:

  • Use the Service to file fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate tax returns.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to collect or store TINs, SSNs, or other PII for purposes unrelated to tax filing.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TaxBlitz (including software, designs, and documentation) are owned by FinACEverse / Futurus Finace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. TaxBlitz is not a tax advisory service and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinACEverse / Futurus Finace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to IRS penalties, rejected filings, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinACEverse, Futurus Finace, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though filed forms remain accessible per our data retention policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
